30-Day Travel-Ready Promise
You have 30 days from confirmed delivery to request a return. We want every Luna & Lane Travel item to arrive as described and ready for your journey.
Change-of-mind returns
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, not travelled with, and returned in the condition received with its tags, protective films, components and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original standard US shipping is free, so there is no outbound standard shipping charge to deduct from the approved product refund.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
Please inspect the order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, incorrect, or has a manufacturing fault, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
When the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any return shipping that we require. Normal wear, misuse, damage caused after delivery by an airline or other third party, and damage from using the item contrary to its intended purpose are not manufacturing faults. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
How to start a return
Submit a request through our Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item, the reason for the return and photographs where relevant. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the correct return destination for that item.
Do not send a return to the address printed on the original parcel or to an unconfirmed supplier address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept gift cards, personalized items, or items clearly marked final sale before purchase. Items showing travel use, wear, missing components, removed protective films or material damage after delivery may be declined unless the return concerns a verified fault.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain a different color or item is to complete an approved return and place a new order. This avoids stock being reserved while a return is in transit.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We will try to stop the order before fulfilment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or dispatch has started. After dispatch, the return process applies.
Refunds
We will confirm when an authorized return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
