Free US shipping
We offer free standard shipping to United States delivery addresses on every order. No standard shipping charge is added at checkout for eligible US delivery.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before they are handed to the carrier. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
After dispatch, products fulfilled from a US warehouse typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Products fulfilled from another location typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Including processing and transit, most US orders should arrive approximately 4–18 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, customs checks, carrier disruption and unusually high demand can extend delivery time. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking
When your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 3 business days to show its first carrier movement after dispatch.
Multiple packages
Items may be fulfilled from different locations. A multi-item order can therefore arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive the available tracking information for each shipment.
Address changes and cancellations
Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or carrier collection has begun.
Unexpected delays or unavailable items
If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days where no shorter dispatch promise applies, we will contact you with a revised shipment date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected item for a full refund. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will cancel it and return the amount paid to the original payment method.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If tracking has stalled, shows delivery when the parcel cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. For a delivered-but-missing parcel, first check with household members, neighbours and the carrier. We will then investigate with the carrier. When a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose either a replacement sent using an express delivery service at no extra cost or a refund. For confirmed transit damage, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

This free shipping policy applies to eligible United States addresses. Delivery to other destinations may be unavailable or subject to different terms shown at checkout.
